We know sometimes you might want to cancel an order, so here’s our cancellation policy to help you with that.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before it ships, whichever happens first.
To cancel, please contact our customer care team by email.
If your cancellation is approved, we’ll refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
Once an order has been dispatched, it can’t be canceled. However, you have the option to return the product after delivery as per our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not currently allow modifications to order items or shipping addresses after the order is placed. If you need changes, please cancel the order (if eligible) and place a new one.
